Shipping
We currently provide FREE UPS ground shipping within the continental United States and for an additional fee, we offer UPS two day and next day shipping. For items being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii we offer standard, two day, and next day shipping for a fee. You will find these shipping options during the checkout process. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO and PO boxes.
Return Policy
We stand behind all of our products, and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we require that the item be returned within 14 days of original receipt. Returns must be in saleable condition (HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED), with all original tags attached. All sale items, bathing suits, undergarments, jewelry, shoes and other accessories are FINAL SALES and therefore, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. We strongly encourage you to contact a customer service representative with questions pertaining to a final sale item before purchasing. Please note that all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Shipping A Return Or Exchange
To make a return or exchange, please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package or if possible, the original shipping box. Returns or exchanges should be sent pre-paid and insured. Please include a copy of your original invoice with a reason and instructions for the return/exchange.

Please note: shopjacks.com is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Also, we maintain the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy. Refunds
Once shopjacks.com has received your return, we will credit the original credit card account within 5-7 business days.

Processing Orders
We make every effort to process and ship your order in a prompt and timely manner. Orders received Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) before 12PM, PST will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12PM, PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Modifying Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, you can return or exchange any portion of your purchase. Please review our return policy for further guidance.
Out Of Stock Items
We make every effort to maintain a current inventory of items online. Occasionally, however, items listed may be out of stock. If an item you requested is out of stock, we will notify you via email and promptly update your order.
Sales Tax
JACKS is located in California; therefore, all orders placed within California will be charged 8.5% sales tax. All orders placed outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
